DNT Non Woven Fabrics est un pionnier en Espagne dans la fabrication de Meltblown de haute qualité

Première ligne de Meltblown fabriquée en Espagne par DNT Non Woven Fabrics

DNT Nonwoven Fabrics, SA possède la première ligne en Espagne pour la production de non-tissés soufflés à l’état fondu de la plus haute solvabilité et technologie. Elle est au maximum de sa capacité de production depuis octobre.

Elle est ainsi devenue la première entreprise espagnole à commercialiser ce type de non-tissus vitaux dans la situation actuelle de crise sanitaire.

Meltblown est le seul non-tissé homologué et adapté à la fabrication de la couche filtrante des masques. Le matériau fabriqué a une efficacité de filtration bactérienne (EFB) allant jusqu’à 99%, sans fluctuations de qualité.

DNT est pionnière dans la fabrication de non-tissés, elle dispose actuellement de 3 lignes de fabrication de non-tissés couvrant pratiquement tous les secteurs d’activité où cette matière est la clé de son développement.
