First line of Meltblown manufactured in Spain by DNT Non Woven Fabrics
DNT Nonwoven Fabrics, SA has the first line in Spain for the production of meltblown nonwovens of the highest solvency and technology. It is at maximum production capacity since October.
In this way, it became the first Spanish company to commercialize this type of vital non-tissue in the current situation of health crisis.
Meltblown is the only non-woven endorsed and suitable for the manufacture of the filter layer of masks. The manufactured material has a bacterial filtration efficiency (EFB) of up to 99%, without quality fluctuations.
DNT is a pioneer in the manufacture of nonwovens, currently it has 3 nonwoven manufacturing lines covering practically all sectors of activity where this material is key to its development.
