This production line of DNT Non Woven Fabrics is oriented to the industrial and transforming sectors of the non woven. This line includes nonwovens with a wide range of customization options: colours, printing, finishes and different treatments.

Our DNT Bond is produced with a SPUNBOND process, generally known as Spunlaid Thermobonded, in which the polypropylene resin polymers are melted by means of an extruder, generating fibres which are cooled by cold air flows.

These fibres form a mesh which is joined by a thermal union with a hot calender which thermally seals the fibres, providing the fabric with its characteristic texture or goffering.

This is the production line of DNT Non Woven Fabrics focused on the filtration, insulation and liquid absorption sectors.

DNT Meltblown is produced by a process in which a thermoplastic polymer is extruded to form fibres by means of a linear guiding rack which contains several hundreds of small holes.

By joining the best characteristics of our DNT Bond and DNT Meltblown lines, we produce SMS,a non woven fabrics which prevail in the health and hygiene sectors, which require the most demanding standards.

The SMS is a non woven fabric made by three layers (Spunbond – Meltblown – Spunbond) which are joined by a thermal process, in which the polypropylene resin polymers are melted in a extruder. These fibres form a mesh which is melted by means of a thermal union with a hot calender which thermally seals the fibres, providing the fabric with its characteristic texture or goffering.

The microfibers create a fibrous layer of interstices which, thanks to their opened weave, can balance the required permeability for the entry of sterilizing vapours and their controlled exit so that filtering efficiency levels higher than 90% are achieved per 3-macro-particles.

Treatments
and Finishes

Apart from being of key importance in the manufacturing of clothes and protective wear, softness is crucial in hygiene products such as sanitary towels and covering surfaces. The chemical composition is also to be taken into consideration in skin-contact applications.

SOFT-TOUCH-mobile

This treatment is used as a protection against the biological degradation caused by the growth of microorganisms, such as bacteria or fungi.

Its applications include sport wear, insulating materials, mattress upholstery and components of bed linens, household furniture, floor and wall coverings, hygiene products, and wound care and health-care sector.

In the case of dust mites, antibacterial treatments reduce the microbial growth from which they feed themselves. The antimicrobial finishes also help to prevent physical degradation and reduce odour emissions.

ANTIMICROBIANO-mobile

Non woven fabrics are prone to adhesion and electrostatic attraction. Our anti-static treatment neutralizes the electric charge of the nonwovens.
