DNT Non Woven Fabrics Recycle, transform and reuse
At DNT Non Woven we recognise the importance of making the best use of available resources and minimising our environmental footprint. We recover nonwoven waste, transform it into polypropylene pellets and re-incorporate them into our Recycled Bond manufacturing process. Recovering waste to turn it into Resources, thus contributing to the Circular Economy.

What is Recycled Bond?
A technical non-woven textile made from recycled polypropylene. It includes all products that are produced with 50-70% recycled material in their composition without altering the final properties of the material.
Our Spunbond (Recycled Bond) reduces the impact on the environment by using recycled materials and polypropylene waste in its production.
Waste recovery process: Circular Economy
Recovery of non-woven remnants:
We collect the nonwoven remnants generated during our manufacturing process and subject them to a rigorous selection and classification process. This step allows us to identify suitable materials for further processing.
Transformation into polypropylene pellets:
Selected nonwoven remnants undergo a decomposition and shredding process, where they are converted into polypropylene pellets. This pellet becomes the key raw material for our Recycled Bond product.
Reincorporation in the manufacturing process:
The polypropylene pellets obtained are reintegrated into our Recycled Bond manufacturing process. By using this recycled material, we reduce the need to extract new resources and minimise material waste.
Supporting the circular economy: closing the life cycle of products
The circular economy is based on the idea of reducing the consumption of natural resources and making the most of existing materials by recycling and reusing them. At DNT Non Woven, we close the circle by recycling nonwoven waste and converting it into Recycled Bond, with the aim of recovering waste and converting it into resources. In addition, this practice encourages innovation and the development of new products that meet the sustainability standards demanded by today’s market.
Recycled Bond features
This technical textile has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, air permeability, hypoallergenic and 100% recyclable. This fabric is very versatile for a multitude of applications in sectors such as construction, agriculture, upholstery, automotive or industry.
A commitment to a sustainable future
Polypropylene recycling and recycled bond production are clear examples of how innovation in waste management can support the circular economy, offering solutions that combine sustainability, quality and social responsibility.
This approach not only benefits the environment, but also represents an opportunity to lead the way towards a greener and more efficient economic model.
